From what I understand, it is supposed to come this year, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's delayed for one reason or another. India has a 60% customs duty on import of completely-built electric cars priced under $40,000 and 100% for those priced more than $40,000, so they might need some sort of final assembly done there, similar to its operations in Tilburg, Netherlands.

Presumably a slang term meaning more or less the same as slice, cut, percentage, piece of the action, vigorish, or rake off.
