Good day, everyone !! I am currently researching on consumer behaviors toward internal changes in EV, I am doing an internship for a local EV dealership and we want to know what people in general perceives on this area of EV.

It will take just around 5 minutes or less, and I am hoping for a response count of at least 30.

Thank you very much for your time!

I don't take surveys. Tell the dealer to get a mechanic who understands the EVs the dealer sells and who has contacts at the factory to get parts quickly, even if other dealers say those parts are on backorder.

With 5 years of Tesla ownership, not sure what the survey is after. As a general rule of thumb, the mean software update interval has been running about 6-8 weeks. Everything from bug fixes to navigation updates.

As a general rule of thumb, mostly good. Do miss some dropped features like following distance.
