Hi all. Any of you know what might be causing this steering wheel squeaky noise on my 2022 Kona?

Only seems to happen when the outside temperature is 8 degrees C (46 F) or below. Been to the dealership twice now. First time they couldn’t replicate it. Second time they heard it in the forecourt but as soon as they drove it into the workshop it stopped making the noise so they couldn’t diagnose further.

I mentioned the two TSBs re the worn worm shaft bearing that have been posted in this forum and they are adamant that this is not the issue (saying it’s a different noise to the YouTube link posted in the TSB and also the TSB is only relevant to pre 2022 Konas).

Do any of you have any ideas what else might be causing the issue so I can pass onto the dealership? They’re keeping the car overnight to see if they can replicate the noise again in the morning once it’s cooled down again.

Noise started with only 1500 miles on the clock!

    Thanks
