Interestingly I test drove a Mach e yesterday and asked the dealer how to handle a lockout with a dead 12 volt, they didn't know. When I returned home I turned to YouTube for the answer:

Does an alarm go off, or can you steal anything in the front trunk undetected?

Assuming someone has jumper cables, assuming they want to go to the trouble of using them, assuming they think there might be something of value in the front, I would assume they could gain access if they had the fob or an authorized cell phone. That's a lot of assuming, but to play it safe take the beer with you ;)

Similar issues with Tesla. Some have taped over the contacts on a 9v battery and store it into the access hole used for opening the frunk.
