Silverado EV was caught Filming a Commercial, and it is quite quick. https://www.thedrive.com/news/2024-chevy-silverado-ev-caught-driving-on-the-road-for-the-first-time? https://www.instagram.com/reel/CgcsCTBjovj/?utm_source=ig_embed&ig_rid=432c775a-4d45-4692-a5e1-2a328b510247
As someone who's been a freelance videographer and filmmaker for about 12 years, I understand the importance of constantly improving your craft.
The front fascia, wheels or body color don't appear to have changed since Meadow Soprano took it for a cruise for the 2022 Super Bowl ad. Maybe it's the same truck?
For the new ad they were filming, Chevy should have used a Silverado EV of a different color (or repainted the one) to suggest they have more than just one.
They did later have another with a different front facia that would eventually be the new face for the RST.
Makes me wonder about the production timeline and whether we’ll see deliveries sooner than expected. If you’re curious about how these commercials come together, praguefilminstitute.cz has some cool insights into filmmaking techniques that might apply here. Could be interesting to see what tricks they use to make the truck look even more impressive on screen.
