There is a lot of FUD on Tesla right now with the replace Musk as chairman stuff as utter BS.

What petrol wants to do is replace Musk as Chairman with a petrol shill who will tell lies and sabotage the company. They want this because Tesla is the most serious threat petrol has ever faced, especially since the case for petrol fuel energy became in the 1950s.

The point of the company is not to enrich sit-on-their-*** idiot type investors nor to enrich parasites that invest/short to try to enrich their worthlessness nor is the point of the company to create another fail-convincingly operation like GM.

Tesla is about getting rid of petrol fuel energy as fast as humanly possible because it is the scam of the century at the core of taking us back to dark ages with feudal plantation type slavery schemes- it is the core driver of artificial scarcity with economics that are beyond horrible in an age where automation despite petrol took care of scarcity 50 years ago and where today sans the petrol fraud and other related enabling frauds we'd have a standard of living and quality of life so far above our parents it would be almost unbelievable. Petrol fuel/energy since 1970 is at the core of why the US for instance and the so-called first world has lost its quality of life and standard of living and where the average family has no security and even with two jobs, where 2 jobs do a quarter of what one 1 job did in 1970 and with all of the gains going to otherwise useless so called elites for no other reason than having power to lord over others and their children, and children's children...

  3. In case anyone is wondering OP is talking about, a holder of a dozen shares, Jing Zhao, submitted a proposal to be voted on during the shareholder's meeting that Elon Musk be replaced as chairman of Tesla's board. Shareholders will overwhelmingly vote no.

    The end.

Personally, I wasn't wondering. I thought it was just another rant totally disconnected from reality from our "forum eccentric". For that matter, I still do. ;)

Domenick, thank you. Hope you're right. And, since the edit is past, the bit about the 1950s was that Tesla is the most serious threat since the 1950s where we should have been divesting and the legitimate case for petrol was solidly over.

Imagine what will happen with the Giga Factory 1 is completed. Its 0 to 0 for the petrol industry in that the products will be made with almost non petrol energy (decreasing further other time) and then the products will be displacing petrol energy cutting the cord and when properly used divesting end users of petrol products.

One thing that stood out this way was all the whining that happened at Grohman after Tesla acquired it- Musk cancelled the other work for other firms supposedly to focus on the Model 3. I have no doubt that was true but lets be clear he wasn't going to have his business enabling petrol crime. The petrol fuel energy people people who insist they should be allowed to profit indefinitely by poisoning the water supply. The replacements became available 70s years ago and the time to change was then and every day since petrol fuel energy profit has been increasingly egregious serious crime with a massive retribution cost and debt attached. Its like these people should just go without resisting, because it is Nuremberg types results otherwise.
