I have the same issues regarding the inflated range on My 2018 Honda Clarity Plug-In. Contacted both the dealer and Honda Canada for information on this even noting the Service bulletin SB 18-069. Apparently, service bulletins are not the same in each country, so will have wait and see if anything comes up. If anybody has any information on the service fix for the Canadian models it would be greatly appreciated.
I believe Jason from Ottawa (I think) said he had his fixed by his dealer, it is from memory from a few weeks ago so it might be someone else, check he other HV range thread
Thanks for the Info, took a picture of the bulletin and will take it to the dealer in the next few days to see what happens.
