Had the usual preconditioning/ SiriusXM lock out so I reset the radio by pressing the power button and holding. As it rebooted, I made a right turn, activating the side view camera, and the screen stuck on the screensaver photo with a small window at the top showing the backup camera. That lasted about a minute and then the BU camera went black and the screensaver remained and was unresponsive to touch, except I could choose audio inputs via the steering wheel. The resolution was to turn car off and allow it to completely power down, restarted and it works fine. Has anyone had any luck with a dealer being able to resolve the preconditioning SiriusXM lockout yet? Sent from my iPhone using Inside EVs
