One reason a charger won't work...

Public J1772 chargers at Whole Foods:

From left to right:

• Bolt - plugged in and charging
• Volt - parked, not charging
• Model 3 - the J1772 reaches and charging

The charging lane is not important if I can get the J1772 to reach my car. Technically, not an ICEd spot. Also, owner of a 2014 BMW i3-REx, I disagree with those who criticize charging a PHEV. If the plug fits, use it.
