It is on the internet. Search for yourself and reach your own conclusions. It was in California and there is a video.
We don't know that this was a 2020 Bolt EV, just that it was alleged to be. And, with the video being removed, it looks even more suspicious, so I don't think we should be jumping to any conclusions.
Oh, actually, I saw this on Reddit, but in the electric vehicles subreddit, not the Bolt EV one. This has more info, and does look like it's more likely to be a 2020. Will see if I can get more details.
