The moment of truth for Nissan is almost here. Next month on the 15th, it will reveal its all-electric crossover: Ariya. Yes, they are keeping the name from the concept. The event is set for the automaker's massive headquarters in Yokohama, Japan. The vehicle should be pretty close to the original concept, but as you can see by the teaser image below, there are some slight differences.
Similar process as with the 2018 Leaf --we got to see the headlights. I'm looking forward to this car, but suspect it will be outside of my budget range.
Just learned the reveal will happen at 1:00 AM Eastern time in the U.S., which is awesome. Anyway, Nissan also released a new teaser video, which doesn't seem to show much new. Maybe the tail light detail?
They are hoping that the design stuff gets people excited, but it is the stuff under the hood that I want to know about.
