With a fully charged battery I just drove about 2.6 city miles to the gas station in ev mode and topped off with gas. Then continued on to the freeway about 1 mile away and stayed in ev at about 60 mph for 6 miles. Then gently accelerated to about 64 mph. Stayed there for the most part until gas motor came on by itself at almost exactly 47 miles from my starting point. Little wind, only mild grades with full tank of gas, some cargo (about 25 lbs). Was running air conditioning set a 77 degrees with about 88 degree ambient temperature. This clarity has 32.5 k miles on it. Purchased june of 2018. Average fuel economy about 76mpg .Almost no battery degradation noted on this test. Very pleased. I usually charge with the level 1 charger that came with the car. So that's 8.5 miles in town driving plus 38.8 miles on the freeway. Total = 47 miles ev range.
