You can use a Renault Clio 4 trailer hitch, that fits, but you are not allowed to use a trailer. It's only for a box, or bicycle holder. There is one company, offering a fully legal trailer hitch for Renault Zoe, where you can use legally a trailer up to 750 kg total mass. I show in my video, how I mounted that to the car:
