Engineering thinking is disciplined and requires facts and data. It works versus playing the 'blame game.'

So when you criticize Republicans for not taking what you believe to be enough action or making decisions you think are backwards on climate change its not a blame game, but when other people criticize other groups for the same reasons it's the blame game? Utterly ridiculous.

Can you not acknowledge that there is a blanket anti-nuclear stance in the mainstream environmental movement?

Oh, you don't like a blanket condemnation of Republicans but the Chinese and environmentalist are OK?

The difference between us is I like to cite specific engineering principles as the problem to be solved. I prefer economic motivations based upon cost and efficiency. That one party, the Republicans, have gone and continue to go against basic science and engineering remains a problem.

For example, defeated President Trump directed the EPA to reduce emissions standards for cars even though there is scientific evidence of health and cost expenses with that edict. He also weakened regulations to reduce methane loss on the fields versus capture and selling. He advocated using bleach, UV light, and useless medicines for COVID-19. He mocked masks and other public health measures to leave 400,000 COVID-19 dead.

lol. No. It's just the actual lazy thinking that's annoying. It's just a demonstration of why basic partisan evaluation just doesn't cut it. Notice how I don't even specifically point out the Democrats as a group. It's pointless. The Democrats represent several different factions so it doesn't make sense to just refer to the democrats as a whole. Same is true with Republicans. There is clearly a faction of Republicans who push for the things you want anyways. I am already well aware of the faction of Republicans and voters who either don't care or agree with Climate Science. You should actually ask why they think the way they do instead of going to meme websites. lol

You can't even admit that mainstream environmentalism is explicitly anti-nuclear. Yes, there are environmental groups that are extremely pro-nuclear, like whatever Mike Shellenberger is doing, but they are small in number and are generally fringe when compared to the mainstream of the movement (Sierra Club, Greenpeace, NRDC). But you just make excusi

I don't know enough about China's political system to know who or what faction is responsible for the direction of China's energy infrastructure. All I see is no emission reduction results in general. But somehow pointing this out and discussing what to do about it is some kind of distraction.

lol. Ok. So it doesn't make sense create an incentive for car manufacturers to improve ICE at this point. It just means that there will be less savings when switching from ICE to EV and it would force car manufacturers to spend more money on ICE when they are all already transitioning to EV anyways. The end result will just slow down the adoption to EVs.

lol. Who cares? You actually assume that all the deaths attributed to covid are 100% due to covid - ignore all the underlying conditions. fyi, I'm not even vaccinated. lol. There's no point for me to be because I'm 30 and healthy.

Anyways, I can't even list the science here on human biology that progressives tend to deny. lol.
