I do most all my charging outdoors with the stock charger on an extension cord. A couple nights I noticed the car was charging but not enough to be fully charged by morning. I went over to the charger box (on the Honda cord) and noticed the lights were flashing so I unplugged and replugged, the light came on steady, and that night I went back to getting a full charge. I didn't see a mention of this half power mode in a quick look at the manual, anyone know what it is? Maybe it detected something too hot?
