Unplugged the car at a fast charger yesterday and just left.

Today I got to the car and the door was closed with the DC pin Cover stuck.

Door wouldn't open with the normal means, so I pulled it open and put the DC cover back on.

Now the door is closed but loose, but it refuses to open.

Car drives, but Im not sure how to proceed.

Is there no manual way to open the charge-port door? If not, that's a serious oversight. Proceed to dealer.

Yes, but there is a lot of resistance, from the motor, in opening the door manually. Going to the dealer is the best bet. Edit: the locking mechanism can be manually unlocked, from the inside, by pulling a short cable.

There is a manual release from inside the car behind an access cover. It is described in the manual on how to use it.
