We had to replace the OEM Level 1 EVSE that came with our Honda Clarity. Since the going price was in the $500-600 range (!) to replace this, we decided to invest in a JuiceBox Pro 40 for about the same price. It has a number of nice features, and when we upgrade the electrical supply to our garage, we can use its Level 2 capabilities.

We got it installed, but it was only pulling around 10.5 amps (which we could see through the very nice app and web dashboard). Charging is noticeably slower than the original unit supplied by Honda. The original unit added about 4 miles per hour of charging, but the JuiceBox seems closer to 3.

I just got off the phone with enel x support and was very disappointed to learn that this is the maximum power the JuiceBox Pro 40 will deliver on 120V supply.

Just putting this out there for anyone else who is considering a JuiceBox Pro on 120V (which I realize is not the common case).
