Well, that's 71 miles by my converter. How did they do this without changing the battery?
The Japanese range-testing standards are more generous than those defined by the EPA (for either gas or electric range). That power exporter (originally released to accompany the Clarity FCEV and not available in the US) costs around $10K, so it's not the most economical source of juice--100 volt juice at that.
