I must be missing something. How do you tell what range is left on the battery? I'd like to know how many miles I can drive before the gas has to kick in. Thanks in advance!
Use the “I” button on your steering wheel to select “Range” options. This will you read-outs for both remaining EV and HV ranges. We have this option on at most times. Sent from my iPhone using Inside EVs
@Margo, to get to the display on your "tablet" on your dashboard: push home, push info, push vehicle energy. Sent from my SM-G955U using Inside EVs mobile app
Ahh, just got in the car and found what you're talking about. I wasn't looking at the center readout options.
OK, just did a little sanity check. You don't get a readout on the levels in accessory mode when looking at vehicle energy under info mode. I've been in the garage playing with the buttons...in accessory mode.
- Press “I” button on steering wheel until “Range” option then select it - you see EV range, HV range and Total See attached images Sent from my iPhone using Inside EVs
Yeah, you have to turn on the car to get to the display. Sent from my SM-G955U using Inside EVs mobile app
Glad you figured out how to get the display for EV miles. Just remember that it is an estimate and that it will go down to zero faster or slower than actual miles driven, depending on how your power usage is differing from your previous average. So it is an estimate and not an absolute number. However every time it does count down to zero miles, it has used up all the SOC allowed and will enter HV.
