I tested this, my SE does in fact unlock the charging cable when it reaches 100%. My test: Plugged in SE to Level 2 charger with 42% SoC at about 18:30. My charge window starts at 21:00. Locked my SE doors, checked plug and it was locked to car. SE reached 100% SoC at 23:56. Disconnected charging cable at 08:00, SE was still locked. No resistance. Unlocked SE and drove away... I don't know how the SE behaves with DCFC, but I did discover the other day that the "charge immediately/charge in time slot" does not apply to DCFC. I stopped at an EA charger and forgot to change to "charge immediately" but I got full charge rate anyway, and EA didn't charge me. I'm starting to really like Electrify America...
