How to access hidden Infortainment settings (and driving restrictions)

I had originally found this procedure that works with other similar Honda vehicles:

This procedure is virtually identical to the one from David except when you get to the 3rd screenshot, there is an entry right there called "Distracted Driver Setting". I now believe this is not the same as going into the "Vehicle Model Information" menu and choosing the "DD VSP Error" as instructed above. Unfortunately, the Clarity diagnostic menu does not have this "Distracted Driver Setting" entry.

I think we are back to the drawing board with no way to get around this annoying "safety" feature preventing passenger interaction with navigation.
