Hi I'm wondering if others have the same problems with the VW charging app that I do. Every time I use it (Iphone) I have to press the app button, select email, press the fingerprint, select password, press the fingerprint, type in the PIN, select fingerprint, and then the data appears. Except many times its frozen numbers from a few days ago, in which case I have to swipe it away, shut off my phone, restart the phone, go through all the stuff above AGAIN, then I finally get the current data. For comparison with my Honda Clarity PHEV app I press its app button, old data appears, it takes a few seconds to update, and that is it! Am I doing something wrong? VW is just so far behind the curve on this stuff it is astounding.
I have iphone 13 with facial recognition, and I allowed the VW app to use that. So it goes through about 3 steps to log in the VW app, takes about 5 seconds while I watch it (but don't have to push any buttons).
