I haven't seen this posted before so sorry if it is a repeat, but it answers lots of questions I've had and seen from others.

The second paragraph (kind of) confirms my thought that the Clarity line will most likely replace the Accord/Civic line over the years
    :
The Clarity series, led by the Clarity Plug-In, is at the forefront of Honda's initiative to bring electrified vehicle technology into the mainstream as the company aims for electrified vehicles to make up two-thirds of its global automobile sales by 2030. The Clarity Plug-In Hybrid is manufactured in Honda's Saitama factory in the Sayama prefecture, Japan.

There are also long descriptions of the powertrain, etc.

I don't think there's any chance that Honda discontinues the Accord/Civic lines, since they are the most popular Honda names by far. What I expect is for these mainstream lines to incorporate more of the EV technology being developed in the Clarity (and Insight) lines.

I agree with Kendalf. I think Clarity will get rebatch to be an Accord.

Over time the lines may merge, but I'm guessing Honda has invested enough in the Clarity to keep it around for at least one 4yr refresh. They'll probably want to let the fuel cell play out a little longer. Some of this will also be dependent on how politics fall over the next few years. Seems unlikely that there will be a big move towards alternative power given what we've seen so far. So if gasoline remains cheap and easy to obtain, then it'll put pressure on the progress of these kinds of cars.
