Just a thought, did Gogoro go public via a SPAC because they didn't have time to do a traditional IPO before the Gachaco announcement? https://www.rideapart.com/news/576896/honda-yamaha-kawasaki-suzuki-gachaco/ Also seems damn stupid to have two standards of battery swapping that are virtually identical, but no compatible. Anyone have inside info on why the Gachaco consortium didn't license Gogoro's solution? Or did they license it, but are pretending they didn't?
