It searches the UK Vehicle Licensing Agency records to let you know how many of a particular vehicle are registered with the DVLA and licensed for use on the roads. I thought you might be interested to know the number of EVs (ONLY pure electric) on British roads, from most popular through to least... 17352 - Nissan Leaf 5574 - Tesla Model S 5432 - Renault Zoe 2324 - Nissan e-NV200 2133 - BMW i3 [BEV only] 1112 - Tesla Model X 876 - Renault Kangoo ZE 487 - Renault Twizy 421 - Peugeot iON 333 - Mercedes-Benz B-Class Electric Drive 328 - Kia Soul EV 257 - Mitsubishi i-MIEV 230 - Citroen C-Zero 228 - Smart ForTwo ED 224 - Hyundai Ioniq [BEV only] 171 - Volkswagen e-Up! 147 - Volkswagen e-Golf 146 - Peugeot Partner Electric 73 - Renault Fluence 47 - Tesla Roadster 22 - Ford Focus Electric 11 - Smart ForFour ED
