Since that video was posted, Aptera has hosted a visit from one of Elaphe's engineers at their facility in San Diego. During this past week's tech briefing for Aptera's "Brand Ambassadors" founder Chris Anthony stated that, once the beta models were assembled, one would be shipped to Slovenia for Elaphe to use in fine-tuning the motors and controllers for the vehicle. It seems that Elaphe will be customizing their 50kW motor to Aptera's specs: The connectors for DC and coolant need to be reoriented to allow for better cable and hose runs, among other (as yet undisclosed) tweaks.
