There seems to be plenty of activity going on at the disused airfield at Hullavington Wiltshire UK, Dyson bought it two years ago and has already renovated two hangers built in 1938 and is now in the process of building a test track. 400 staff are now working there on research & development. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-45345778
