Clarity not recognizing Phone

    Recently my Clarity is not recognizing my phone when attached via cable. I have tried several cables to rule that out, removed "lint" from the phone port to make sure contact is made. When I plug the phone in the phone shows it is charging but the Clarity does not recognize that a device is attached.

    Any Ideas?

    Reboot your phone, and reset the head unit by holding down the power button until the dialog pops up to do the reset.

    Thank you that did work for me. The resets allowed me to access the setting to enable the device that was not there before.

  5. For future reference, you can also enable DevOps and find the USB access setting (you likely needed to toggle it from Charge Only to Transfer Files).
