To do it well and not have it just be a scam to help keep petrol alive it needs 6 things: 1. Local plants at fuel stations 2 Electric hydrofoil to pull water from the air at the plant site. 3. Solar power from the local plant site to generate all of the hydrogen. 4. Efficiency competitive with solar powered bev 5. Performance competitive with bev 6. Cost competitive with bev. Problem is that its a much more complex system so it will never be competitive. And its not green if its using petrol in any way.
