   Hi, I am planning a trip in Southern California soon from Arizona. I have a Honda Clarity PHEV. Do I need to apply for a Clean air decal, so I can drive in the HOV lane without getting ticket?

   I found that Tennessee gives stickers only to Tennessee registered cars.
