Driving Clarity Touring for about 2 months now. I have been hearing a clicking sound just before I start to push the brake. It is a one time click noise that happens when I push the brake. has anyone noticed it ? If so is it normal? Took it to dealer and they have no clue.

If you hear it coming from near your feet - then yes, normal. Those are the relays clicking as the pedal is depressed.

They make noise on a regular ICE car as well, but you just can't hear them as clearly.

It’s the solenoid that engages the brake.

If you're really interested in how the amazingly smooth, yet incredibly complicated, Clarity brake system works, look at the Honda Service Express document, "Electric Servo Brake System Description - Components 3475.pdf" that the wonderful AnthonyW provided in this post.
