    Has anyone found a blank insert to replace the pseudo scoop on the 2022 mini?

    I've looked and all I've ever found are options to make the scoop more audacious, like a carbon fiber insert. I think it's a tough task, though, since there are so many body colors.

    You have to find a base F56 hood and get it painted.

    There's no easier way to get me to respond to a post on this forum (other forum members groan).

    Just for fun, here's a photo of my SE the day it was delivered:

    The next day, I took my SE to a local body shop to have the non-S MINI Cooper hood I had purchased painted and installed.

    I don't believe there could be a plug that would look much better than my duct-tape fix. An easier fix: Wait for the J01.
