I don't see a legal problem as long as he was no longer employed by EXXON when he became Secretary of State.
    Nothing illegal about that.
The Russia collusion scam was debunked.
False. Post office has sufficient funding until 2021, so until after the election.

BS, Trump did none of it. Bad cops did. They have been arrested..
We have been hearing that from Democrats for 4 years now.. What will be coming is that there will be some arrests for the ones who falsified documents to get the fake collusion claim investigated. One has already plead guilty..

Only a fool would think him being a Russia puppet was debunked. I think he's probably a flight risk to Russia- whole clan may run off- might be the easiest way out and proper wake up call for US. Not that he is a willing participant in any of this, he is just surviving. Army would have to sanction it. Kind of like the Bush admin did with the flight out of 180 Binladens out of US over a couple of days. I am not a nationalist I don't even like the idea of countries and I get that that only 8 were prosecuted at the Nuremburg show trials and 4000+ high level Nazis were immigrated to the US and Western hemisphere and that WW2 never ended and there is a damn 4th Reich that started before the fall of the 3rd, that Nazi's sometimes hide as Jews and that Nazis and the Jews that rejected a mixed multitude in Israel seemed to get along for a while at the end of WWII- a seeming betrayal of the global diaspora. Also get I will never undetstand it very well. But I don't think anyone can serve in government with dual citizenship. And I don't see Israel as a client state or its re-creation as a platform for US oil access or influence having made it into a client. On the contrary Richard David Steele who ran for President on a more Libertarian platform pointed to Neocons in the UK, US, Israel and SA as being behind 911. Also think the Evangelical desire to promote Israel on religious grounds makes no sense. So having a US secretary of state address the damn GOP from Israel is the US on its hands and knees before Israel. There is no other interpretation. And note the similarities between Natanyahu's troubles and Trump's. No clue about what is going on it Russia. I think people want the best for their descendant but they get stuck. Its not easy to let go of power and its not easy to know the right thing to do. But go back and read the classic commentaries on oligarchy or read the cliff notes in some of Adler's writing (my case) seems pretty clear neither Putin, nor Natenyahu nor Trump (despite all the diet coke) in any reflective moment would choose that unsurvivable hell for us or our children if they saw any other way. Russia wasn't treated right after WW1 nor after the fall of the wall. Jews have never been treated right nor even understood- not even by Jews. Always interesting when Russia threatens to tell the US people the Truth about 911. Interesting it took the Obama admin until about 2010 to figure it out. Interesting when Russia said Trump can't talk about what he discussed with Russia. But so clear how subserviant Trump seems around Putin and super clear from the expression on his face the moment he learned he actually got selected (like Bush's instantly transparent to every other puppet my pet goat routine) that he sure as hell didn't want it. When he was like Russia if you're listening- that was a appeal to higher authority. Where is our functional public information system where is our democracy, where is our public educational status?

Bluekona your economic thinking is out dated. You're suffering a lot because you don't see it for it is. Money to a state is nothing but glue. Crypto currency is a delusion and the tech will only be used to reenforce state fiat currencies. States without true fiat are not real states. Modern states are technocracies. They are fully planned top down systems. Soviets saw that back in the 70s. Its why the wall fell because- what was the difference any more. Seriously. It is all trickle down from government grants at the top through a human centipede to rent
seeking at the bottom. And no one really owns anything its all borrowed recycled probated. Gov spending and pure corporate welfare are 1/3 of the economy back to the ancient Greeks was always the prime mover. They print the money in successive waves then tax or retire currency or shunt with bonds (more token games) just to take up slack. Its not about stupid profit for non contributing parasites (which is what you think it is) there is no private or public or not for profit sector its all public private partnership and endlessly renewing can kicking based on opportunity costs. You can't even hide from this in a off shore have because they flat tax you with the printing of more. Its only first in line to drink at the tit because the milk is less diluted in the early bodies it cycles through. This is what Trump knew, if anyone has actual contempt for the useless rich its him because he had more than one disabled son and Trump's business was wiping the arses of the rich and ultimately they never accepted him.
You ***** about welfare but believe me tech to address depreciation and human need and want is our true inheritance and we are swimming in endless clean energy so stop your bitching and insistence on trying to create artificial scarcity- trying to enslave is not how you get people out of your private space!

101101, it's hard to tell what is true and what is fiction about Trump's connection to Russia. In the end, no matter if you vote (D) or (R), Trump or Biden, you are voting for CRIMINALS.. Almost all of Washington should be locked up. If you'd dig into politicians financials and connections, you'd discover crimes the moment you start looking. Let's just recall all the money from the Middle East for Hillary etc... I don't think that one side is better than the other as they are all criminals. I just vote for what, in the short run, is better for me and not for whom I like. I have no sympathy for Trump just like I have no sympathy for Biden..
As for clean Energy, we are all being screwed. There is ways to create energy... free energy..and it's not from solar.. Read up on the works of Nikola Tesla. Sure, some are trying to "debunk" claims but the question is who is paying the debunkers? Tesla's power-tower (Wardenclyffe Tower) would have produced free energy. The reason why funds for it dried out was because JP Morgan wasn't able to "meter" the energy produced to charge for it, so it made no business sense for him to invest in something that won't produce revenue. There are technologies kept from the people for decades and decades as if people have free energy, they will be less dependent on government. There are other methods of producing free energy that came from Nikola Tesla but all of them are being kept from us. Many things, and not just free energy are being kept from the people, like a cure for cancer. It would drive Big Pharma out of business if there was a cure for cancer as they live from treatment.. They live off vaccines.. If there is a cure for something, it's bad for them. There are tons of things kept from the people as it would reduce government/corporate control over people an they won't let that happen. Many have been killed that found technologies/cures etc. or bought out so that they would not release them. Imagine the consequences if from one day to another, nobody would need fossil fuels to produce energy? What would the Arab world live from??? Sand?? If you end fossil fuels, it would necessarily lead to wars and conflict.

Summarizing, BOTH parties want the same thing.. control over the people but one is worse than the other one.. I doubt that they can be stopped, so all I'm doing is to go along with the program and choose the lesser evil..
I'm generally against government as I'm against being controlled. Government generally is about control over people.. Religion is about control over people.. Government will not allow people to be truly free. I'm basically an anti authoritarian but a realistic one.. I know that Trump is just as Authoritarian as the Democrats are but what choices do we have. The people get screwed either way and kept as slaves of government.

Dang, bwilson4web, I like the details. If you mean by "Pistols", semi-automatic handguns. Then I agree with you. My handguns are all revolvers. I have never understood the need for large magazines. My "deer" gun is a Ruger Super Blackhawk .44 magnum. I have never had to shoot a deer more than once. (Before moving to Florida, I lived in Ohio which permits handguns during gun deer season.) My handload was/is a Hornaday 240 grain hollow-point and #2400 powder.

I was once an NRA member, but the NRA changed in the late 1970s and early 1980s to become a gun manufacturers organization. Their intent is to promote fear and thus cause ever more powerful guns to be sold and owned.

Thanks for taking on some Trolls. https://spotthetroll.org/

My firearms are black powder, muzzle loaders. Marine folklore, the MPs were injuring too many prisoners. So they sawed their clubs in half.

Maybe you should ask Venezuelan people why you would need semi automatic weapons with large capacity magazines. When you have an oppressive regime, it is the only way to fight back via insurgency warfare. You are not going to shoot at an oppressors police force or soldiers from a roof top with small caliber rifles or pistols with low capacity magazines.
Nobody can guarantee that the elimination of constitutional rights can't be done by government. The 2nd amendmemt protects all the other amendments and therefore it is the most important civil right.

    Exhibit 1:
    • in 2016 - the Republican dictator leader in the Senate says the Democratic President's nomination won't get a hearing.
    • in 2020 - the Republican dictator leader in the Senate says the Republican President's nomination will get a confirmation vote.
What changed in four years? Nothing.

Honestly, do you think that if Parties were reversed that it would be different? Honsetly? The country is so divivided politically that either party will do what they can if they have the votes. Let's look back at impeachment where they convicted Trump with no proof of high crimes... just because they had the votes. Let's look back at the Circus of the Kavanaugh nomination where the accuser had no credibility as even her own friends that she said were witnesses said that such thing did not happen...
Democrats started a political war since the day Trump was elected.

I'm fairly sanguine about it since it has become a great fund raiser: https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2020/sep/21/democrats-fundraising-records-ruth-bader-ginsburg-death

... the online fundraising organization ActBlue said grassroots donors gave $91.4m to Democratic candidates and causes in 28 hours after 8pm on Friday, around the time of the news of Ginsburg’s death.

That figure, coming from 1.5 million donations, broke records for dollars raised in one day and dollars raised in one hour, said Erin Hill, the non-profit’s executive director.

Donors gave $70.6m on Saturday alone, and $6.3m in one hour on Friday, Hill said, beating previous records of $41.6m in one day and $4.3m in one hour.

    Sounds good to me.

Sure, Democrats are in panic mode.. They think that another Conservative justice will overturn Roe which is absurd.. Roe won't be overturned.. Too big of a precedent..

For decades, abortion has been a 'dog whistle' to call out right-wing voters and alternates with 'anti-gun control' amendments to the Alabama Constitution. In one respect, it is a useful political note the right-wing loves to play.

Look, I'm 100% sure that Trump gives a flying F about abortion right and likely has paid women for abortions.. However, he understands that there are some low IQ religious voters that he needs to win and he plays the Religious card to get their vote. It's all strategy.. While Trump is not a bible thumping loon, many in the GOP are. They would really like to take away women's reproductive rights but it's nothing but a wet dream. On the positive side, a conservative justice will be fantastic for gun rights.. No AWB's.. That's why I support an extra conservative on the court. I'm certain that Roe is NOT in danger. On the current court, only Alito and Thomas would vote to overturn.. Roberts will not overturn and neither Kavanaugh.. Kavanaugh even wrote a book on the importance on precedent. He also stated when confirmed to the Appeals court that he would uphold Roe.. Roe is here to stay..
