    I wonder what current and future Technologies will make BEV's and driving in general safer?

    Lane keeping assist?

    Automatic Emergency Braking?

    High Speed Emergency Braking?

    (Domenik, this is on Jaguar I-Pace as an option on the base model, and standard on the higher end model, works up to 99MPH ) This is from Jaguar's brochure;

    "High-speed Emergency Braking is designed to detect when a potential frontal collision with another vehicle may occur and to display a forward alert to warn the driver to brake. If the driver doesn't react†, the car can provide braking assistance to help reduce the severity of the possible impact*. High-speed Emergency Braking
    is ready and active from 6 mph to 99 mph††."

    What other technologies are in development of deployed to increase safety while we wait for full autonomy?

    Vehicle-to-vehicle communications so we can 'platoon'.

    Agree, this would be good, and communication with traffic signals, etc...
