@Steven B, that would be a great test and another good data point to have but I will have to plead cowardice. I’m just not brave enough to subject my Clarity to that kind of “abuse”. I think that under virtually all conditions other than the one you described, the BMS is set to keep that 10% buffer at the low end of the SOC.
Sir, you vastly and most unfairly underrate both your knowledge of Clarity PHEV battery tech, and your ability to organize information and present it in a cognizant and coherent matter! In my opinion, a link to this post should be added to this forum's Clarity PHEV FAQ.
