    My largest frustration with our Clarity is the lame touchscreen UI. I find it to be unnecessarily clunky and complicated, particularly when it comes to audio.
    While I live the Apple CarPlay feature when it works, I find it to be inconsistent- sometimes working, sometimes not. It often will loose its connection when I restart the car and sometimes mid-drive. Sometimes it does this repeatedly. I have upgraded the usb cables, but that has not helped. It seems particularly problematic if the phones Bluetooth is on, but that’s not the entire issue.
    Are others having this issue? Beside this issue, I LOVE the quality of the sound.

    Yes. About 40-50% of the time I have to plug the phone in more than once to get CarPlay to work. Sounds like a common problem. Maybe we can see if it’s any particular combination.

    I have an iPhone 6S. Have tried two different cables.
