Brand new 2022 Kona Electric 64 kwh. The throttle is stuck on full. The only way to stop is to ride the brakes. No regeneration, no coasting. I can change the mode but that does not help. Car takes off from start without touching the accelerator and rapidly accelerates. I can change from drive park neutral reverse. Takes off with same acceleration even when in reverse. Car has less than 200 km or 120 miles on it. Once stopped the brake hold works until accelerator is touched - if no brake hold used it will take-off as soon as brake is released. The cruise control is not on. Any ideas beyond the obvious of having it towed back to the dealer?
OK, problem solved and boy do I look stupid. New all weather floor mats installed today. I didn't get the driver's side mat completely under the accelerator pedal. It was scary but an easy fix.
