2021 Kona EV Ultimate dragging and then accelerating

I love my 2021 Kona EV, but it has a problem that the dealer cannot fix, even after consulting the Tech Line. Periodically, after starting a trip, the car drags, like a caliper is dragging, gradually increases, then starts shaking the steering wheel, and then releases (by itself) and jets forward. This was replicated by taking the technician for a ride. Afterwards, it drives fine. I suspected a brake problem but they are fine. I never use the "Auto Hold" button but suspect that might be the culprit? The Tech Line says has never occurred prior. Any other people have this problem?
