There are 4 different model numbers. This one is 51137499533 / 51-13-7-499-533 which is gray with yellow and without the parking distance sensors. It is over $300 new and this is honestly just taking up space in my garage. Does anyone want it? Free to anyone on here. It also has the $25 front emblem and $35 toe hook cover included. Again, free.
Oh man, I've been wanting the yellow blade for my SE (Chili Red wasn't allowed to have it). But alas, I have the parking sensors.
This is the backside of the grill. The circle is where the round E badge is on the front. Notice the yellow tabs. @Puppethead That yellow piece you want just unclips rather easily with a flathead screwdriver.
