   There is no 12 month maintenance, it’s every 2 years.

   Maintenance is complimentary for the first three years or 36k miles excluding certain wear items like brake pads. In short, they inspect the brakes, tires, safety and lighting equipment, hinges, and fluids like windshield washer fluid and coolant. The cabin filter is also replaced.
