Delay between reverse and forward?

    Interesting info. Curious to see how this is on mine when it comes in. I guess I'll be aware of it at the very least, and know that it may mean coming to a complete absolute stop before the car will actually go forward from reverse. Will take time getting used to as our Model Y lets you shift from R to D without touching the brakes and even with a 1mph roll or so...

    After observing for a few months. I find that there is no delay if i fiddle with the carplay for a little bit before rolling down the driveway. Its almost like the car needs to charge an intermediary before it can be really driven.
