There must also be something in their system - I got an email from Hyundai "reminding" me to bring the car in. It seemed to automatically come while I was driving home - almost like the car sent some message via BlueLink to their servers. I can try resetting the thing tomorrow and hopefully that's the end of it.
The service interval can be adjusted or turned off using the menu button on the steering wheel under user settings. In the US manual the information is found on page 3-77. Hope this helps and saves you a trip back to the dealer.
Getting a camera in a spot to take a pix of the sticker isn't easy. Anyways, battery was made on August 20, 2020. ROM id 6742.
Thanks for that, great job on the picture. Odd how your build date is 7 days earlier than mine, yet a completely different part# and BMS ROM ID. ( my 2021 model : 37501- K4054, BMS ROM ID 6980)
Glad to see a photo of the HV battery label. Please describe where I should look for this label (my Kona-EV mfd. 26 Oct 2019). Thanks.
You can find it near the rear axle on the drivers side. You might be able to easily spot the lower of the two stickers, but that one doesn't tell you much.
Thx for label location info. Took a selfie and image included here. Battery date is 25 Oct 2019, and my Kona mfd. date is 26 Oct. 2019. Ed
