I am a Full Professor in the School of Geographical Sciences and Urban Planning, with a PhD in Geography from Boston University (1988) and BA from University of Chicago (1980). My research focuses on alternative-fuel and EV charging refueling infrastructure location modeling and survey research on driver and buyer behavior. We are currently recruiting participants for an NSF-funded ethnographic study of decision-making processes of people who actually considered getting a fuel-cell vehicle (in California, the only state where public stations and OEM vehicles are available).
