Kia Niro EV - new owner in the U.S.

My UVO paperwork indicates one year. I won't be subscribing to it because it doesn't really do anything for me. It's nice to have some of the remote features the app provides, but KIA's subscription price is way too high for the services provided.
I agree - I don't understand why they are charging so much for a service that many other carmakers offer for free (Ford, Tesla, etc)
 
One more question.

I got my Niro this weekend and gave my insurance agent the VIN. I insure with State Farm. My agent sent me my papers which listed the vehicle as

1. 2019 Kia Niro Hybrid EX 2wd 4d
2. 2019 Kia Niro Hybrid S touring 2wd 4d

Anyone else have this problem?

We hit a similar struggle last April but our insurance company was able to manually enter the EV with an update to the system based on the VIN.
