After over three months of looking for the mythical Eastern Clarity, I had yet to catch a glimpse. A couple of weeks ago I finally saw one in Reading, MA. Now this week I've seen two in the past three days (both in the area of State College, PA).

Hi friend,
Do you happen to own the Moonlight Touring I see from time to time?

There are a few others on the road around Woburn/Reading, along with Model3's and Volts

Crossed paths twice recently with another crimson just like ours. The second time the woman driving the other car excitedly waved as we passed. I know there are at least 3 Clarity, up to as many as 6, in Redding CA.

Just drove from Boston to Burlington VT and kept an eye out on the road and through Burlington for a Clarity. Lots of EV chargers in garages and even on a few of the main streets in town at meters (pay the meter fee plus $0.17 per kWh). Saw a lot of Nissan Leafs and that is about it. Nary a Clarity.

Sorry to have missed you.

Here in Eugene, Oregon the Clarity is rare but I've seen 4-5 driving around town. One other person at my work has one. Mine is green. His is white. I've seen black, silver and blue occasionally around town. So not super-rare in my howe town.

Have had mine for three months now and have seen but three so far, two just in passing but my best moment so far was pulling up to park behind a local garden store and pulling in right next to another Clarity. It was green, so maybe it was you (I'm Silver)? It is amazing how many Teslas are out there, I see multiple virtually every day I'm out. If you want to own the rarest car on the road ,it just might be the Clarity at this point.

Finally! I saw a crimson Clarity just like mine today. It was driving toward my food coop as I was driving away. OMG! I'm not the only one. It's the first one in nearly 6 months of ownership. WOOT!

Waiting at the Uber/Lyft pickup section at the SNA airport, the group ahead of me watched a white Clarity come to pick them up and said: "wow, we got a big car picking us up!"

I see some repeats from time to time. But today spotted a white Clarity traveling west on I94 just north of where the Edens Spur joins I294.

And don’t guess Kentucky. As Dante wrote about Hell, “Abandon all hope ye who enter in”. My dealer in the second largest city in the state has only sold 3 in a year and a half. Except for the one driven by a fellow member of the EV club I belong to, I haven’t seen a single one and I’ve only seen his once since he drives his Tesla to meetings.

In Kentucky you’ve got a better chance of seeing a rainbow Unicorn driving a Bugatti Veyron with a Passenger Pigeon and a Dodo bird in the back seat!

We are a very exclusive club. Let's hope our fate is not like Edsel owners.

Lol. True dat. It is now blatantly obvious to me that Honda has abandoned Indiana as far as Clarity is concerned. A 2019 has never shown up in dealer inventory at any of the 5ish Indianapolis dealers. I see 3 2018s remaining available. If they ever sell they won’t be replaced in inventory.

Honda sold the Clarity for one model year here, and pulled out. So the odds of me ever seeing another besides mine are just a little bit less than finding a competent mechanic to fix mine if I ever need it fixed...or finding a buyer for mine if I ever want to sell it. I think my resale value already is about equal to a Daewoo Nubria....
