They wanted over $11 for shipping...If your car is less than 1 year old, your dealer will replace wiper blades if you complain
Changing just the inserts is the cheapest option. You can get OEM wiper inserts at this link: https://www.hondapartsnow.com/genuine/honda~rubber~blade~650mm~76622-tdk-j01.html?Make=Honda&Model=Clarity+Plug-In+Hybrid+&Year=2018&Submodel=&Filter=(bt=4,3838;et=2,4)
You can change the inserts (or the entire wiper assembly, if you so wish) using instructions at this link: http://techinfo.honda.com/rjanisis/...UID-F98F85F0-40C0-4119-87AD-6CDCAB86A865.html
They are not identical, which might be the problem, maybe they got flipped around backward. I don’t know how to explain this at this moment though...Since the blades are both 26" I'm thinking of simply swapping them to see if the noise goes away. I've already applied RainX.
Okay I just swapped the soft insert. The whole assembly isn't intended to be swapped. There is a raised area along the edge which I would guess is a spoiler to hold the blade down onto the windshield at higher car speeds. If they were swapped that spoiler would be on the wrong edge. I don't know if this will fix the noise problem.

FWIW, on mine the OEM passenger assembly was already "reversed". I very much doubt any company is going to be selling a special "backwards" assembly for the passenger side. That's just the way it is, just like with the wheel covers being backwards on one side.Just a heads up on new frames and arms. I tried to do Bosch Envisions and they are not setup for our cars as they say it’s the same blade on each side the passenger side spoiler is backwards.
Yeah, the manual doesn't show the ends come off. Simply push in a little bit until it clears. The blades I got in ebay were a little tight fit. They were the exact length but in the end they were stretched a little so it was hard to push in. I did only one. Let's see if it's any better. If so, I'll try the other one.
Those working well?Installed two 27” Rain-X latitude blades two weeks ago. You have to remove the outer part of the connector for it to fit but after that they plug right in.
I used my left hand to lift wiper control to 'mist' position. Turn on the car by pressing the power button: Wipers go up and down once. While still holding the wiper control, I pushed the power button to turn the car off, and the wipers move to maintenance position. Seemed pretty easy.but if “maintenance position” is more complicated than that
