Looks like hybrid is being penalised under the new WLTP measurement of CO2 now! i.e. the Toyota prius will no longer be exempt from the London congestion charge as tweaks to the new range of Prius are set to put the new prius above the threshold exemption limit of 75/km CO2.

I'd be delighted to see hydrogen versions of the horrible diesel fume belching black cabs appear, and if they're cheaper too!

I understand it is not retroactive but just the new sales.
