Aceman arrives in NZ

THIS is the MINI logo on the side of the Aceman? Does the shadow relate to the Spotlight factory's name? I don't understand why the logo was shoved to the right side. Guess it's another sign I'm getting old. I'm glad they didn't put it on the hood, too.

Disappointing the headlights aren't circular, but that bonnet almost looks like a clamshell. I like it.

Agreed with the headlights. I think they look better than the countryman’s, but circular would have been wonderful.
The pictures really do look remarkably different from press photos and the livestream of the official Aceman reveal, for some reason. I can’t put my finger on it. I think it looks, chunkier? Maybe it’s the color, it’s not orange like in virtually every other photo we’ve seen of these guys.

If you're referring to @azausa's first photo, it's possibly wide angle distortion. That looks something along the lines of an iPhone .5x zoom.

Yup, you are correct, @Puppethead, had to zoom out to include the Countryman at the back, wanted to compare the two.
