Honda Fit Hybrid AVAS problem

Can someone help me locate the Acoustic Vehicle Alerting System (AVAS) on my 2018 Honda Fit Hybrid (Right hand drive) motor car. I bought the car used from Japan and it came the error message being displayed on the speedometer. don't know what it is or where it is located. Everytime i clear the error code the notification comes back after a few hours of driving. it's driving me crazy

Was the AVAS disabled before you bought this Fit? This Honda Clarity thread discusses disabling the AVAS. There, you'll see a diagram of where the AVAS speaker is located in this other 2018 Honda hybrid.
