Just wondering how the handled folks with reservations from the first time around?

As I understand it, all of the reservation holders from the original Aptera company received refunds. The CURRENT Aptera company is in no way connected to the original Aptera company: It folded in 2011. Aptera Motors Corporation was founded in 2019. Many who received refunds, though, placed reservations for the new company's vehicle.
